ABOUT OUR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Keck General Construction is a multi-family general contractor specializing in exterior repairs, clubhouse remodels and unit renovations.  We manage large scale projects ranging from full recladdings to amenity space upgrades.  Our goal is to be flexible and adaptable to the challenges of working on occupied properties, and find solutions to value-add projects.

Our company was founded in 2015 by Shane Keck after a decade spent working in the restoration and multi-family construction field.  We have grown organically as the demand for our services has continued to increase with large REIT's, and other private ownership groups in the Pacific Northwest.

We run projects throughout the Puget Sound, with our home office in Woodinville, WA and have a remote office in Portland, OR.
